Terms and Conditions for Systems VIP Day

Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern your participation in the Systems VIP Day provided by Entrepreneur Life Global (“Consultant”). By completing your payment via the sales page, direct deposit, bank deposit, or wiring, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these binding terms.

Payment Policy

Non-Refundable Payments:
- All payments for Systems VIP Day are final, non-refundable, and non-cancellable.
- Payments secure your spot in our limited VIP Day calendar and reflect immediate allocation of resources, preparation, and time.
Acknowledgment of Terms:
- Payment signifies your explicit agreement to these terms, including the non-refundable nature of the payment. Clients are encouraged to review their schedules and ensure availability before purchase.

Fraudulent Chargeback Policy

By completing your payment for the Systems VIP Day, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Fraudulent Chargebacks:
Any attempt to dispute a valid charge or initiate a chargeback without legitimate grounds will be considered fraudulent activity. Entrepreneur Life Global takes chargeback fraud seriously. In the event of a fraudulent chargeback:

Immediate Legal Action: The matter will be referred to legal counsel for resolution under the laws of the State of Georgia.
Recovery of Damages: Entrepreneur Life Global reserves the right to seek recovery of the full amount of the charge, including any associated fees, legal costs, and damages resulting from the fraudulent claim.
Reporting: Fraudulent chargebacks may be reported to credit bureaus and financial institutions, which could impact the client’s credit rating and financial standing.
Termination of Services: A fraudulent chargeback will result in the immediate termination of services and forfeiture of any remaining deliverables.

Scheduling Policy

Deadlines for Scheduling:
- Clients must schedule their Discovery Session within 5 calendar days of payment.
- Clients must schedule and conduct their VIP Day within 10 calendar days of payment.
90-Day Forfeiture Clause:
- If a Client does not schedule their Discovery Session within 90 calendar days of payment, the Client forfeits all payments, and their reserved spot will be released.
Scheduling Process:
- An ELG team member will contact the Client through phone, text, in person, email, and/or direct messaging to coordinate scheduling.
- All communication will occur through these channels until the Discovery Session is formally booked. Once booked, all future correspondence will be managed via email with the Client’s assigned project manager.
- Entrepreneur Life Global understands that its clientele are busy professionals and will make reasonable efforts to accommodate their schedules and preferences for communication.
Responsibility for Scheduling:
- While the Consultant will make every effort to contact and remind the Client of deadlines, it is the Client’s ultimate responsibility to schedule within the required timeframes.

Rescheduling Policy

Written Requests:
- All rescheduling requests must be submitted in writing and are subject to the Consultant’s availability.
No Guarantees for Rescheduling:
- Rescheduling is not guaranteed and is limited to the Consultant’s calendar capacity.
- If the Client cannot reschedule within the available dates, payment and services will be forfeited.

Rationale for Policy

The Systems VIP Day is an exclusive service with a limited annual capacity of 12 clients. Each VIP Day is priced at $25,000, and holding a reserved spot without proper scheduling leads to unrecoverable financial losses totaling $75,000 over three months.

This policy ensures fairness to other clients and sustains the Consultant’s ability to provide high-quality, personalized services.

Delivery of Services

Timeline for Services:
- The Consultant will provide all agreed-upon services by the Project End Date unless otherwise specified.
Client Deliverables Include:
- Pre-Session Strategy Call: A 20-minute call to align goals and outcomes.
- Vision and Direction Clarity: Insights into your business vision with actionable next steps.
- Customized Action Plan: A tailored, step-by-step business plan created during your session.
- Templates and Tools: Ready-to-use resources designed to optimize your operations.
- Post-Session Coaching Support: A 45-minute follow-up call to address questions and refine implementation.
- Organizational Chart with Growth Projections: A chart mapping your business structure for the next 1–3 years.
Systems Success Map May Include:
- Goal-Oriented Planning: Define actionable business goals for 90 days or longer.
- Personal Development Plan: A roadmap for improving the skills needed to grow your business.
- Leadership Confidence Tools: Strategies to enhance decision-making and team management.

Exclusivity

The Systems VIP Day is exclusive to the Client and cannot be shared with or performed by any other service provider during the Agreement period.

Limit of Liability

Maximum Damages:
- The Consultant’s liability is limited to the total cost of services paid by the Client.
Indemnification:
- The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Consultant, its employees, contractors, and affiliates, including the owner, Connie S. Falls, from all claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the services provided.

Cancelation and No-Shows

Cancelation Policy:
- Payments are non-refundable, including cancelations by the Client.
No-Show Policy:
- Failure to attend scheduled sessions or to complete pre-session requirements will result in forfeiture of payment and services.
Client Responsibilities:
- Schedule all required sessions within the stated deadlines.
- Attend all scheduled meetings promptly and submit pre-session materials on time.

Defamation Policy

As a client of Entrepreneur Life Global's Systems VIP Day, you agree to refrain from making any statements, whether oral or written, that negatively impact Entrepreneur Life Global, its business operations, services, employees, contractors, or its owner, Connie S. Falls. This includes, but is not limited to, any form of defamation, slander, libel, or malicious gossip in public or private settings, on social media, or through any other medium.

We value open and honest communication and encourage clients to share their feedback directly with us. If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of our services, you are required to communicate your concerns directly with Entrepreneur Life Global to allow for resolution.

Failure to adhere to this Defamation Policy may result in:

Immediate termination of services without a refund.
Legal action, including but not limited to claims for injunctive relief, damages, and attorney’s fees.

By agreeing to these terms, you acknowledge that any breach of this policy may cause irreparable harm to Entrepreneur Life Global, its employees, and/or its owner, for which monetary damages may be inadequate. Accordingly, Entrepreneur Life Global and its owner will be entitled to seek both injunctive relief and legal damages to address any violations of this provision.

General Terms

Governing Law:
- These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.
Severability:
- If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.
Entire Agreement:
- These Terms constitute the full agreement between the parties, superseding any prior agreements or discussions.

Additional Notices

No Legal or Financial Advice:
- The Consultant is not an attorney, accountant, or financial advisor. Clients should seek professional counsel for legal or financial matters.
No Guarantees:
- The Consultant cannot guarantee specific results. Success depends on the Client’s effort and implementation of strategies provided during the VIP Day.

NOT LEGAL OR FINANCIAL ADVICE

The Consultant, including Entrepreneur Life Global and its owner, Connie S. Falls, is not an attorney, accountant, or financial advisor and does not provide legal, financial, or tax advice. All information provided during the Systems VIP Day or related services is for informational and educational purposes only. It is not intended as a substitute for professional advice that can be provided by your attorney, accountant, or financial advisor.

While care has been taken to prepare the information provided, the Consultant does not warrant or represent that it is free of errors or omissions. The Consultant expressly disclaims all liability for any loss or damage incurred as a result of actions taken or not taken based on the information provided. Clients are advised to seek legal, financial, and/or professional advice tailored to their specific circumstances for any questions or concerns now or in the future. By agreeing to these terms, you acknowledge that the Consultant’s information is not legal or financial advice.

PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY

You agree to accurately represent the information you provide to Entrepreneur Life Global. By participating in our services, you acknowledge that you do so voluntarily and assume full personal responsibility for your choices, actions, and results.

You accept full responsibility for the consequences of your use or non-use of any information or resources provided through the Systems VIP Day. You agree to exercise your own judgment, conduct due diligence, and seek professional guidance where necessary before implementing any strategies, ideas, or recommendations.

NO GUARANTEES

Entrepreneur Life Global’s role is to provide support, education, and resources to assist you in achieving your business goals. However, your success depends on your own efforts, motivation, commitment, and implementation of the strategies provided.

We make no guarantees or warranties regarding the specific outcomes or results you will achieve through the Systems VIP Day. Individual results vary based on numerous factors, including your background, dedication, skills, resources, and actions. By agreeing to these terms, you acknowledge and accept that Entrepreneur Life Global is not responsible for your level of success or lack thereof.

EARNINGS DISCLAIMER

You acknowledge that the Consultant is not responsible for your financial results, including any changes to your income, profits, or business performance resulting from your participation in the Systems VIP Day. All decisions regarding your finances, business strategies, and implementation of resources are your sole responsibility.

ASSUMPTION OF RISK

You understand and agree that participation in the Systems VIP Day involves inherent risks, including but not limited to unforeseen circumstances that may affect the effectiveness of strategies provided.

By agreeing to these terms, you assume full responsibility for any risks associated with implementing the recommendations, systems, or tools provided by Entrepreneur Life Global. You agree that the Consultant shall not be held liable for any unintended consequences arising from your use of the information or materials provided.

DEFAMATION POLICY

As a client of Entrepreneur Life Global’s Systems VIP Day, you agree to refrain from making any statements, whether oral or written, that negatively impact Entrepreneur Life Global, its employees, contractors, agents, or its owner, Connie S. Falls. This includes, but is not limited to, defamation, slander, libel, or malicious gossip in any form, including public or private settings, social media platforms, or any other medium.

We encourage open communication and welcome constructive feedback. If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of our services, you are required to communicate your concerns directly with Entrepreneur Life Global to provide an opportunity for resolution.

Failure to adhere to this Defamation Policy may result in:

Immediate termination of services without a refund.
Legal action, including claims for injunctive relief, damages, and attorney’s fees.

By agreeing to these terms, you acknowledge that a breach of this policy may cause irreparable harm to Entrepreneur Life Global, its employees, and/or its owner. Entrepreneur Life Global reserves the right to seek injunctive relief and damages to address any violations.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

By participating in the Systems VIP Day and associated services, you agree to release Entrepreneur Life Global, its employees, contractors, agents, and owner, Connie S. Falls, from all liability for any loss, injury, or damages you may incur.

Scope of Liability:
- The Consultant shall not be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits, personal or business interruptions, injuries, delays, or any other harm resulting from the use or implementation of information, tools, or resources provided.
Acknowledgment of Risk:
- You agree that the Consultant does not assume liability for accidents, harm, or loss resulting from your decisions, actions, or inactions related to the services provided.

INDEMNIFICATION AND RELEASE OF CLAIMS

You agree to fully indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Entrepreneur Life Global, its employees, contractors, agents, affiliates, and owner, Connie S. Falls, from any claims, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses, including attorney’s fees, arising out of your use or implementation of the information, tools, or resources provided.

This indemnification applies to all claims, whether past, present, or future, and extends to any cause of action related to your participation in the Systems VIP Day.

NO WARRANTIES

You understand and agree that Entrepreneur Life Global makes no representations or warranties of any kind regarding the results, success, or outcomes of the Systems VIP Day.

Specifically:

No warranties are made regarding the accuracy, completeness, or effectiveness of the information or resources provided.
The Consultant is not liable for the failure of the Client to implement strategies or achieve specific outcomes.

NO ENDORSEMENT

References or links to external programs, products, services, or information provided during the Systems VIP Day do not constitute an endorsement by Entrepreneur Life Global.

Similarly, if Entrepreneur Life Global’s information or resources are referenced by a third party, this does not constitute an endorsement of that third party. The Consultant is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or availability of information provided by external sources.

Acknowledgment

By completing your payment, you confirm and acknowledge the following:

Acceptance of Terms:
- You have read, understood, and agree to all provisions of these Terms and Conditions, including but not limited to the Payment Policy, Scheduling Policy, Rescheduling Policy, and all other outlined terms.
Non-Refundable Payment Policy:
- You explicitly agree that all payments made to Entrepreneur Life Global are non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to cancellations, no-shows, or failure to meet scheduling deadlines.
Responsibility for Scheduling:
- You accept responsibility for scheduling your Discovery Session and VIP Day within the required timeframes outlined in this Agreement and understand that failure to do so may result in forfeiture of payment and services.
Defamation Policy Compliance:
- You agree to refrain from making defamatory statements, either oral or written, about Entrepreneur Life Global, its employees, contractors, or owner, Connie S. Falls, and understand that any breach of this clause may result in immediate termination of services and legal action.
Acknowledgment of Client Responsibilities:
- You agree to fulfill all client responsibilities as stated in these Terms and Conditions, including attending all scheduled meetings on time, submitting all pre-session deliverables by their deadlines, and actively participating in the VIP Day process.
Understanding of No Guarantees:
- You acknowledge that the Consultant does not guarantee specific results or outcomes from the Systems VIP Day. Success is dependent on your effort, commitment, and implementation of strategies provided.
Legal Binding Agreement:
- You understand that this document constitutes a legally binding agreement between you and Entrepreneur Life Global, governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.
Opportunity for Review:
- You confirm that you have had the opportunity to review these Terms and Conditions in their entirety and seek clarification or professional advice, if necessary, before agreeing.
Final Agreement:
- By proceeding with payment, you voluntarily agree to these Terms and Conditions, waive any claims of misunderstanding, and confirm that no additional verbal or written assurances are required for your agreement to be legally binding.
