eBootcamp for Kids

Thank you SO much for reaching out regarding the bootcamp that I will be hosting over the next couple of weeks. I knew in my spirit that there would be a quarantine and that the easiest way to do so would be to close the schools. Meaning that parents would HAVE to stay home.

As the mother of a 9 year old daughter, I totally understand what that means. It means that she's coming with me to ALL of my meetings lol But I understand that everyone doesn't have that freedom (yet).

So as I spend these next couple of weeks (or however long this thing lasts), helping my daughter write HER first book, create her vision board for the quarter and develop her business plan, I figured some other parents may want the same for their kids!

For the last 2 years, my best friend and I have been working on a summer camp idea, and were planning to put it into action this summer. But here we are, with kids running around free, eating up ALL the food, 3 months early. So, I've decided to put it into action now.

I look forward to talking with everyone and helping our kids grow during this crazy time. Here's some details below:

Details of the Days:

Creative Writing
1 page business plan
Vision Board Party
Speakers from different industries (DOPE people too!)

Information:

9:00a - 2:00pm - This time is very specific. Please be on time so that we can start the day together without catching children up.
3rd-5th Grade Only - It's imperative that the kids are with their academic peers.
If you have more than one child, please use discount code: tired . All children must be in the correct grades. Each child will require a separate registration and payment. Use code for all children.
Well mannered and respectful ONLY.
We will be praying before we start and finish, so if you don't love God, this won't be the right camp for your baby.
Please pack a healthy lunch, snacks, and water. Food will not be provided.
If your child shows ANY sign of being sick, we will be calling you to pick them up immediately. 2 coughs and a call home.
Send your baby with hand sanitizer in their bag.
I will have journals for them to write in, as well as pens. Along with some other cool swag ;-)
Understand that this is NOT a school OR a daycare. It's a camp. You can think of it as an Entrepreneurship Conference that your child is attending! And we will be there to LEARN. I will have a trained educator on deck for half the week, and business professionals the rest of the week.

The goal of our time together will be to introduce your children to the wonderful world of entrepreneurship, through genuine work, critical thinking, interaction and ACTION. By the end of the camp, they will have a vision for the business that they want, and a vision board with actionable steps to accomplish the task. They will have the opportunity to meet millionaires that LOOK like them AND have fun and laugh because I'm ridiculous too lol

This will be a weekly program, until we have a direction on where this quarantine is going. It will be billed weekly, and must be paid in advance in order for your child to participate.

We will be meeting at The Forum ATL, which is a beautiful co-working space, that just opened last month. The amazing owner, Stephanie Powe, also has a 9 year old daughter that will be in attendance!
